A real powerhouse in the nutrition world are berries. You could say that berries are the Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson of the food world.

Full of vitamins, minerals, fibre and anti-oxidants. In fact berries are associated with a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer and other inflammatory conditions. Oh, and they taste good too!

And it doesn't matter whether it's blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries or cranberries---just eat them for breakfast, as a dessert, in a smoothie or on a salad.
