Nothing beats starting the day with a positive attitude. 👍 One of the best ways to start the day right is to set a few minutes aside for yourself and write in a gratitude journal. ✍


Time to work in a daily gratitude journal time! Fostering a positive attitude leads to lower stress levels. Lower stress means less cortisol (stress hormone), which leads to less accumulation of body fat! So get journaling!


Ok...don't see yourself journaling? (you will come around eventually lol) At least give yourself a few minutes of alone time each morning where you can start the day in a positive space. 🌞
