A NASM Youth Exercise Specialist and HTCP Level 1 Certified Hockey Trainer, I also have extensive practical experience helping youth perform and move better by applying the most up to date methods of sports performance and general exercise guidelines while including the most crucial element of fitness for youth...Fun!
